Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred. Emergencies will be given top priority.

Walk-ins will be seen as time allows.

Please have dogs on leashes and cats in carriers. This is for your pet's safety.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Discover, Master card, American Express, cash, and checks.

Records Release Policy

If you require a copy of your records or radiographs please call the office in advance. The Illinois Veterinary Practice Act states  that veterinarians are required to have the owner's signature on a release form for this transfer.
